| Description: | HumRRO's Employee Performance Enhancement and Growth area is seeking a motivated, experienced individual to contribute to the organization's work in employee and leader development. This individual will also contribute design solutions to meet client needs in efforts such as:
•competency modeling,
•needs analysis,
•supervisory/leadership training development,
•multi-source assessment and feedback, and
•designing and implementing research projects
Other duties might include writing reports; preparing and delivering oral presentations; and writing proposals; leading project teams; and directing projects.
The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, clients, and partners. Other requirements of the position are strong skills in applied research design; the ability to work independently, and strong time management and planning skills.
Ph.D. in I/O psychology or a closely related field (e.g., organizational behavior, organizational development, strategic human capital). A minimum of 4 years of experience is highly preferred.
